23 to 135th Street. Walk 2 blocks on Lenox Avenue to the YMCA.
Driving Directions:

From JFK International Airport, take the New York Airport Service bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (42nd St. Times Square). Cross the street on 8th Avenue and take the M10 bus uptown to 135th Street. Or take the #2 or 3 train to 135th Street & Lenox Avenue. The YMCA is located between Lenox Avenue & St. Nicholas Avenue.
