If you could improve upon one thing in the New York Salsa scene, what would it be?:
People, it's only a dance. Can we smile and be more friendly? And please leave choreography on the stage and let the dance floor for pure social dancing. Let's make love, not war, on the floor!!!
What advice would you give someone just starting out in salsa?:
Go to class and learn your basics well. If you don't get it the first time, try again. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Go home and practice...in the shower, by your desk, on the subway. If you're hungry for more, take a double-whammy class until you sleep, eat and dream Salsa 123,567.
